Our outlets carry most of our tees, so feel free to call one closest to you to see if they have what you need! If they don't, get in touch with us to let us know what you want and how soon you need it, and we'll try to work something out!
What's your sizing like?
All our t-shirt sizes are unisex and optimised for Asians. The best way to know which size suits you best is to check the measurements of our sizing chart against a well-fitting tee in your wardrobe. About 95% of our customers get their sizing right the first time.
How do I get free shipping?
Choose "free shipping (unregistered mail)" before you checkout! This applies to mailing addresses in Singapore only. We also ship anywhere on Earth, as long as you provide a recognised address.
Can I pay you guys to make a customised t-shirt for me?
Usually no. But if your idea is super awesome, we might say yes. Talk to us?
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
We also recently added Stripe, which is making us very happy so far!
Can I pay by cash?
Paying by cash is only possible at our outlets.
What are my shipping options?
Free shipping (normal mail) within Singapore is available for all orders. Express delivery is $5, or free for orders over $100. Overseas shipping is charged according to weight and will be advised accordingly at check out.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For express delivery, orders will take 1-3 working days to arrive.
For normal mail, orders can take up to 14 business days from the date of purchase to arrive depending on the efficiency of SingPost.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 6 weeks.
What is this store's exchange policy?
We really want your tee to fit you to a T. ☺ If you require a size exchange, please contact us within 7 days after you have received your tee. We will only facilitate exchanges up to 21 days after your order is sent out. All t-shirts have to be unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
We will follow up with you once we receive your responses from the form above. Do note that exchanges may incur additional charges and may require up to 30 days to process.
What is this store's return policy?
We do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your product.
If there is something that you are not quite satisfied about, please contact us within 7 days after you have received it. Describe your dissatisfaction. We'll work things out from there. However, we do not guarantee anything.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?
Express delivery is trackable. A tracking number will be provided to you (upon request) and you can check on the status of your parcel.
Unfortunately, if you've opted for normal mail, Statement will not be liable for any lost parcels. Express delivery is highly advised. Do give Singpost up to 14 working days to deliver your parcel once it is shipped.
